Organic and Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

Our ORGANIC and SUSTAINABLE extra virgin olive oil is obtained from "Gran Selezione" of our best 100% Coratina olives, from our CRU that guarantees us a very high level of quality from the ground.
Our oil is processed immediately after harvesting, all phases of production and extraction is strictly cold - below 20 ° (instead of 27° C) in order to guarantee the best preservation and enhancement of the organoleptic and health properties of our Coratina oil. 
Its fragrant aromas and hints of fresh grass, olive, fresh artichoke, thyme and tomato leaves are balanced with the vibrant hint of bitterness and spiciness, due to the high polyphenols present in our Coratina variety, leaving a clean, round and persistent aftertaste of sweet almond and Mediterranean herbs.
