Brown color. Crunchy texture. Strong flavor of real almond, flour, white flowers and toasted sesame. The aftertaste is sweetly bitter. Balanced and very persistent, given the high number of essential oils present.
Perfect to eat for breakfast together with yogurt and red fruits, as a snack or as an aperitif, delicious if toasted in the oven with salt and rosemary. Excellent as a final touch on first courses and savoury pies. Perfect for any almond-based dessert.
